Lazy Swipe for Android - quick access to your Apps

Lazy swipe is an Android Application that helps you to get quick and easy access to your Recently used Applications, Favourite Applications, and your toolbox.

How Lazy Swipe work

As it name implies, after installation, all you have to do is to swipe your finger from the bottom-left or bottom-right of your screen. And you will see a pop-up in pie-chart form showing your Recently used Apps, Favourite Apps and the toolbox. Just like the Screenshot below:



The "Recent" tab contains the list of the recently used apps. Which is always nine(9) in number.

The "Favourite" tab contains the list of the mostly used apps on your Android Device. Also nine(9) in number.

Feedburner is a website with free Email service. It allows publishers or bloggers to deliver their feed content to subscribers via email.

• Visit Feedburner.com and login to your account. But if you don't have an account with them. Just register with your Email address. Don't worry. It's free.
• Now, visit your dashboard by clicking on your Feed name on the front page
• Click on Publicize tab
• Scroll down and Click on Socialize, you will see something like the screenshot below:
  
• Click on Add a Twitter Account. Input your Login details and click on Authorize
• Set the options to your taste. Mind you, while setting it a sample will always be shown below.
• After setting it, and satisfied, Click on Save

Now, your newly published post will be tweeted using your connected Twitter account.

Technology: You can now Charge your phone by Walking

Technology will continue to surprise the world as machines and devices which make tasks easier are continuously invented.

Just of recent a device, designed to charge a mobile phone by mere Shouting was invented. Everybody was marvelled. And they commend the inventor of the device.

The Goodnews is that, Another great device has just been invented.

This device is designed to charge a mobile phone by mere Walking. Funny right? Lol... All you have to do is to keeping walking and your mobile phone will continue charging.

The name of the device is ENSOLES. Invented by Ex-students of Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania.

HOW ENSOLES WORK

The Ensoles fit into shoes and the wire is wrapped through the laces.



The charging wire from the insole is plugged into the battery pack, which sits outside the shoe – either fastened around the ankle, or clipped onto the top of the footwear.



An embedded mechanical system inside the soles generates the electricity.



During the heel strike of each step, kinetic energy of the foot is transferred into the mechanical system.



This uses the energy to spin a micro-generator.



Wearers walk for an hour to generate two-and-a-half hours’ worth of power for a smartphone.



When the battery pack is charged, it can be unclipped from the shoe and connected to a smartphone, or other device using a USB cable.



The device is set to go on sale soon.

The ensoles connects to a power pack (pictured) and collects kinetic energy, with a mechanism that converts linear motion – generated while walking – into rotational motion, which is capable of spinning a generator

Facebook: Stop useless Tagging and posting on your Timeline

Twitter is adding more features: report abuse and view blocked accounts

Good news to all twitter users, because sooner, twitter will add some new and interesting features that will enable you to report any form of abusive act on the social media faster, along with a new page that will always show you the accounts you have blocked.



Twitter Stated:

"We're improving the reporting process to make it much more mobile-friendly, require less initial information, and, overall, make it simpler to flag Tweets and accounts for review. These enhancements similarly improve the reporting process for those who observe abuse but aren't receiving it directly. And to enable faster response times, we've made the first of several behind-the-scenes improvements to the tools and processes that help us review reported Tweets and accounts."

A new page on the Twitter.com settings menu will show which accounts you have blocked. And yh accounts will no longer have access to your profile.
All these new features were currently available for few peoples, but will be rolled out to all Twitter users probably next week.

Twitter also added:

"In the coming months, you can expect to see additional user controls, further improvements to reporting and new enforcement procedures for abusive accounts."
