Here’s for people who still enjoy the Airtel Whatsapp bundle. You would notice that you don’t really know when the plan stops or when it turns to misbehave probably due to network issues therefore you might find it helpful to know the balance of your active Whatsapp bundle on the Airtel network.
If you are not aware that airtel let’s you enjoy chatting on whatsapp for N100 then you just might start thanking us here. No need for that actually – it’s old news. Although this has been covered earlier on this blog but for the sake of our new readers, simply dial *948# to subscribe to Airtel’s monthly Whatsapp bundle.
The plan works on all phones except for Windows Phones where you will run into several issues. Airtel probably doesn’t have the ability to make it work flawlessly on Windows Phones yet. We hope they do something soon…. Till then!
To check your whatsapp bundle balance, dial *123*8# and you will see your expiry date as well as the remaining balance in MB.
